Appendix E - Wilderness Trek Itinerary

During Terms 1 & 4 students are suggested to arrive around 10:00am at the Sunday Creek Environmental Education Centre and depart the centre between 10:30am and 11:00am. During Terms 2 & 3 students are suggested to arrive around 9:00am at the Sunday Creek Environmental Education Centre for an earlier departure from the centre.

The students will cover a distance of approximately 38km over the three days; the first night is a bush camp with no toilet or shower facilities. The second night is at Charlie Moreland State Forest Park with toilet facilities but no showers.

Students finish the walk at the Booloumba Creek number 2 day use area. They usually arrive between 12:30pm and 1:00pm and are taken by bus back to school.
