Have necessary consent forms signed by parents and returned to school.
Arrange food and transport.
Distribute "student personal checklist".
To ensure the visit to the Centre is in context with classroom programs.
Organise cabin groups.
Centre staff will be on duty for one night and will take activities for that night.
Organise activities for other night/nights.
Provide adequate supervision. At least 2 adults must accompany the group. (It is preferred to have at least one male and certainly one female with each group.)
Provide a person with a current first aid certificate. (If a suitable person cannot be found, please advise the Principal at Sunday Creek well before hand so that appropriate arrangements can be made.)
Be familiar with your students' medical requirements.
Ensure suitable medical forms accompany the group. A question relating to the use of Panadol for headaches and/or fever may be appropriate.
